Dickerson Landscaping is seeking an experienced Irrigation / Hardscape Technician to support and lead advanced outdoor installation and repair work throughout the Tallahassee area. This position is suited for a skilled professional who understands irrigation systems, problem-solving in the field, and the coordination required to deliver reliable, long-lasting outdoor infrastructure.

The Irrigation / Hardscape Technician is an hourly, non-exempt position responsible for providing irrigation services, system installations, repairs, and coordination with landscape and hardscape work. This role involves diagnosing irrigation issues, programming controllers, managing inventory, and directing crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
This is a full-time position, typically involving 10-hour workdays, based out of our main location in Lloyd, Florida, approximately 8 miles east of Tallahassee via I-10.
